All returned items must have a Return Authorization in order to be credited. Call 417-880-2897 to apply for a return authorization. Items that have been damaged, misused, improperly installed, or otherwise rendered faulty or inoperative by the purchaser will not be credited.

Activation charges and shipping charges are not refundable for returned units under the 30 day money back guarantee policy.
